On Mar. 10, AST ASIC proposed updating its trade repository rules.

AST ASIC proposed updates to the ASIC derivative trade repository rules 2023.
Follows AST GVT Sep. 2023 registered the 2023 rules after a consultation, #176257.
Proposed Updates
The proposals are minor and administrative in nature; they are necessary due to the changed location of definitions in the ASTCA as a result of changes made by Treasury laws amendment (2023 law improvement package no. 1) act 2023 (see #176086).
Specifically, in rule 1.2.3 two definitions are updated and six definitions are removed from rule 1.2.3 as duplicates, and an erroneous reference in rule 2.4.4 is corrected.
Effectiveness
Feedback on the proposals is welcomed until 5pm on Apr. 8, 2025.
