Background
Aims to encourage and facilitate whistleblowers in disclosing improper conduct.
Proposed amendments are part of National Anti-Corruption Plan (NACP) 2019-2023 under strategy 5 and National Anti-Corruption Strategy (NACS) 2024-2028 strategy 4.
Over 20 working committee meetings, five policy development workshops, and six engagement sessions held with stakeholders; stakeholders included government agencies, key enforcement agencies as well as relevant non-governmental bodies.
