On Dec. 3, TAI FSC listed excluded items for electronic signatures.
TAI FSC issued order to exclude items that are subject to the provisions of the electronic signatures act, regarding electronic documents and electronic signatures.
List contains 36 items, including public company annual reports, professional valuation reports, certificates of qualification for salespeople and internal audit reports.
Effectiveness
This order takes effect from today, and FSC no. 1080333658 shall cease to apply.
Sep. 2021 Insurance Exclusions
On Sep. 1, 2021, TAI FSC made amendments to the list of insurance laws and articles that have been excluded from the application of the electronic signatures act.
Including articles of insurance act and compulsory automobile liability insurance act.
TAI IAA also informed members of the amendments made to the list by TAI FSC.
This list takes effect immediately, and FSC no. 10804953925 shall cease to apply.
