On Jan. 8, ITA GVT issued presidential decree on procedural matters.
ITA GVT published Decree 214 of Nov. 18, 2024 amending President Decree 217/1998 regulation on provisions re investigation procedures under jurisdiction of ITA AGCM.
It contains numerous amendments to mentioned decree e.g. to arts 1-9, 11, 18, etc.
It stresses ITA AGCM must carry out activities provided for in the regulation with the human, instrumental and financial resources available under the current legislation.
