Notice Summary
Notice confirmed the accession of Ecuador, under Article 37 paragraph 2, in accordance with deposit of instrument of accession under Articles 24, 27 and 35 of the Convention.
Announcement follows announcement of Aug. 6, 2024, Federal Law Gazette 340/2024.
Effectiveness
Ecuador's accession to join the the Convention will now take effect from Apr. 1, 2025.
