Business Reports
Annual report filing period is related to the business entity’s registration date and can be filed at any time during quarter; reports due in Q1 must be filed Mar. 31, 2025.
Filing fees are $12.50 for profit corporations, $2.50 for non-profits, $5 for partnership.
Accepted forms of payment online include credit card, eCheck, or through eHawaii.gov.
Businesses encouraged to monitor business information online and timely file reports to keep the entity in good standing, prerequisite for qualifying for contracts, loans.
If delinquent in filing annual report(s), filings can be submitted for $10.00 late fee.
Q1 is Jan. to Mar; Q2 is Apr. to Jun.; Q3 is Jul. to Sep.; and, Q4 is Oct. to Dec.
