On Jun. 26, 2025, CYP SEC issued circular C717 announcing latest version of Form QST-ASP, Version 9, must be completed and submitted to CYP SEC by ASPs.
Must be submitted by all CYP SEC-authorized ASPs; ASPs that were authorized by Jun. 30, 2025, but have not made use of their authorization, must also submit the Form.

Upon submission, ASPs are responsible to ensure they have received a feedback file, i.e. official submission confirmation dispatched by the TRS in the Outgoing directory.
Form is regarded as successfully submitted to CYP SEC only when NO ERROR indication feedback file is received; feedback file dispatched only during CYP SEC regular hours.
QST form must be completed in English, report data in euro rounded to nearest unit.
Effectiveness
Form must be successfully submitted electronically via CYP SEC Transaction Reporting System (TRS) by Jan. 31, 2025; failure to promptly comply will bear administrative penalties; CYP SEC will not send reminders to ASPs which fail to comply promptly.

On Mar. 26, 2025, CYP SEC issued circular E692 containing form QST-ASP version 9.
Form to be completed/submitted to CYP SEC by all ASPs authorized by Mar. 31, 2025.
Includes IASPs authorized by Mar. 31, 2025, but have not made use of authorization.
Form must be successfully submitted electronically via TRS by May 2, 2025 at latest.
Queries on the completion of Form QST-ASP must be submitted before Apr. 25, 2025.
