On Dec. 19, JER States announced minimum wage rise from Apr. 2025.
JER States issued Employment (Minimum Wage) (Jersey) Amendment Order 2024.
New Minimum Wage Amounts
This order amends the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007.
In Article 2(1) The minimum wage, for £11.64 there is substituted £13.
In Article 3A Monetary amounts that may be attributed to the employer’s provision of benefits in kind, in article 3A(2) for £169.98 there is substituted £194.60.
For £24.28 there is substituted £27.80; and in Article 3A(3), for £127.54 there is substituted £146.02; and for £18.22 there is substituted £20.86.
Effectiveness
The order and new wage amount are in force from Apr. 1, 2025.
