Overview
It is setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for mySEM APP, effective Feb. 2025.
All users requested to provide email address to their Investment Dealer or Custodian Bank before Feb. 3, 2025, so generated One-Time Password (OTP) can be sent to their email when they login to mySEM APP as of Feb. 3, 2025; more details provided.
Users logging in to mySEM APP will therefore receive an OTP, sent to their registered email, after entering their username and password.
Users will simply be required to enter OTP to proceed with the login on mySEM APP.
