GRE GVT announced the dates of implementation of the digital consignment note on the myDATA platform to monitor the shipment of goods, allows real-time tracking.
New framework utilizes modern digital tools and significantly facilitates businesses, in order to both simplify compliance procedures and tackle tax evasion.
Phase A
Phase Aincludes the basic functions of issuing and transmitting notes to myDATA.
Optional for companies until Mar. 31, 2025; this is for companies in the first group (turnover of over €200,000 or sectors such as medicines, energy products, etc).
For these businesses, Phase A becomes mandatory from Apr. 1, 2025.
For all other companies: optional until Sep. 30, 2025, mandatory from Oct. 1, 2025.
Phase B
Phase B includes digital monitoring of movement, transhipment and delivery of goods.
For all companies: optional from May 1-Sep. 30, 2025; mandatory from Oct. 1, 2025.
