Registration Requirements
Market participants who registered NNF applications between Apr. 1, 2024, and Jul. 31, 2024, using old formats must submit revised format documents in physical copies.
This applies to internet-based trading (IBT), securities trading wireless technology (STWT), direct market access (DMA), as well as smart order routing (SOR).
Documents must be submitted in original form, signed, stamped by a system auditor.
IND NSE said required documents include auditor certificate, additional declaration, as well as covering letter, varying based on participant type (trading members, empanelled vendors, application service providers which are also referred to as ASPs).
Effectiveness
The submission of revised documents must be completed by Oct. 15, 2024.
