TAI DCC said Huhutong Platform will officially launch on Dec. 23, 2024, and that partner companies are required to submit an authorization letter by Oct. 31, 2024.
Huhutong Platform
Simplifies process for investors to convert paper passbooks into mobile passbooks; encourages use of mobile passbooks, reducing the cost of issuing paper passbooks.
According to article 2 of operational guidelines, TAI DCC, authorized by securities firms, will handle clients' passbook conversion applications via the Huhutong Platform.
Securities firms must submit an authorization letter to the company to proceed.
System adjustments include options to track mobile passbook applications, updated report specifications, changes to how customer information is displayed and processed.
Effectiveness
Authorization letter needs to be submitted by Oct. 31, 2024.
Adjustments to transactions, report specifications are effective from Dec. 23, 2024.
