FINFSA Historical Data Guidelines

On Sep. 17, FINFSA will comply with EBA instructions on data.

  • FINFSA will confirmed that it will comply with Guidelines on resubmission of historical data under the EBA reporting framework (EBA/GL/2024/04), issued in Apr. 2024.
  • Follows EU EBA Apr. 2024 issued report containing final Guidelines, see #169927.
  • Guidelines specify requirements for resubmission of historical data by FIs to competent authorities regarding errors, inaccuracies, other changes in previously reported data.
  • Effectiveness
  • The Guidelines apply as of Oct. 17, 2024.
