Overview
SWE FI has notified EBA it will follow guidelines for establishment and maintenance of national lists or registers of credit managers under Dir 2021/2167, EBA/GL/2024/02.
They specify information national lists or registers must include to increase transparency for credit buyers and borrowers, to create a level playing field in EU.
They are applicable to all credit managers as defined in art 3.8 of Dir 2021/2167.
