Overview
ITA CB notified intention to comply with the guidelines, thus, note implements them.
They take value of supervisory guidelines as illustrated in communication on methods via which ITA CB complies with ESAs Guidelines and Recommendations.
Financial institutions referred to in article 4.1 EBA Regulation and intermediaries must make every effort to comply with them, in accordance with article 16 EBA Regulation.
As for banks, the EBA Guidelines are implemented only for less significant banks.
