GE GVT issued Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Transfer of Regulatory Powers of the Federal Government as per Section 31 of the Law on GE Bundesbank.
Ordinance refers to provisions as set out in the Official Gazette (OG 2024/273).
Follows GE GVT May 2021, amended ordinance, delegation of powers, see #106271.
Amendments
Amends Ordinance on Transfer of Regulatory Powers of the Federal Government pursuant to Section 31 of the Law on GE Bundesbank of Apr. 9, 2009.
A new Section 3 is inserted after Section 2, so the authorization contained in s. 31 Paragraph 7 Sentence 1 of the Law on GE Bundesbank goes to the Executive Board.
The previous Section 3 becomes Section 4 in the Law on GE Bundesbank, as a result.
Effectiveness
Ordinance as per OG 2024/273 is effective Oct. 1, 2024.
