On Sep. 2, LTH PRL updated order to cease effect as per gambling law.
LTH PRL issued law (Law IVL-1102) on Order re description of procedure for notification of expected change of the gambling organizer's shareholders.
Also notifications to supervisory board, board members, manager, deputy manager, persons handling financial accounting, branch manager and changed persons.
These entities are about whom the gambling organizer must inform the gaming supervision authority under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania.
Order DIE-258
This Order as of Apr. 28, 2020 is on the notification of changes in the shareholders of gambling operator, persons controlling them, and members of the Supervisory Board.
Includes the board, the head, his deputy, the chief accountant (accountant) or other persons who can keep the accounting records of the gambling operator.
Terms of definition of the Order are as per Law on Gambling, Law on Companies, Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing of Republic of Lithuania.
Also terms are defined as per Law on Financial Accounting of the Republic of Lithuania.
Effectiveness
Order DIE-258 has ceased to be valid, which takes effect on Nov. 1, 2024.
