CHL CB issued Circular Letter 732 re new system to report on technical reserves.
Also, issued form and certificate for supervised institutions to appoint administrators authorized to manage the system on their behalf; and an annex form to revoke it.

Banking firms email this daily reporting by email using the form in Circular Letter 500.
A web system has been developed that will replace the use of email for this purpose.
Banks must inform CHL CB of the identity of the profile administrator(s) responsible for local administration of Technical Reserve System and for managing reporting users.
CHL CB will only create access for user administrator(s) designated by the institutions.
The general manager and attorney of each bank must sign the forms and certificate.
There will be trial period between Sep. 16 and Sep. 27, 2024, so users can familiarize.
During the trial period established, information must continue to be sent by email.
Effectiveness
As of Sep. 30, 2024, information must be sent through new Technical Reserve System.
