On Aug. 8, IND FIA revised corporate bond valuation publication.
IND FIA issued a notice regarding the publication of corporate bond valuations.
Display of Values
Currently, IND FIA publishes corporate bond valuation data in excel sheets with values rounded off to two decimals for price and yield, and to the nearest integer for spreads.
However, in the uploaded worksheets, if a specific cell is clicked, values with multiple decimals are displayed without rounding off; as such, from Oct. 1, 2024, cell values will be displayed according to the existing system, even when clicking on specific cells.
Failed Trades Data
IND FIA currently publishes daily data of all corporate bond trades (VWAP/VWAY) on rolling 15 calendar days basis qualifying as Including probable failed trades.
This information is republished qualifying as Excluding failed trades after discarding all failed trades on T+2 basis; failed trade data is available from exchanges on T+2 basis.
To align with practices in other market segments, T+2 publication of corporate bond trades (revised data sheet) excluding failed trades will not be published from Oct. 1.
