On Jul. 31, JPN SDEC revised rules about verification of settlement.
JPN SDEC revised the Rules for verification of settlement conditions for securities transactions, etc., in conjunction with the renewal of its integrated web system.
Revisions include abolish 3-party center matching type investment instruction distribution service function, copy data transmission function; delete other provisions.
Effectiveness
The revised rules will be implemented from Sep. 24, 2024.
