LTH PRL published Law XIV-2904 of Jul. 11, 2024 amending art 479, 480, 589 and the annex of Law XII-1869 of Jun. 25, 2015 on the code of administrative offenses.
Follows LTH PRL Jul. 2024 issued law to amend Cyber Security Law, see #220155.
Amendments
This law is the 248th out of 249 legal texts that amended the initial Law XIV-2904.
Definition of the offense re violations of the Cyber Security Law re the obligation to provide information for analyzing, assessing if a cyber incident may be a criminal act.
Failure to timely comply with legitimate police instructions related to cyber security incurs a warning or a fine for managers of legal entities or other responsible persons.
Competence of the National Cyber Security Center and the police; annex references.
Effectiveness
The law will enter into force on Oct. 18, 2024.
