On Jul. 24, ARG JST issued rules on new general regulatory framework
ARG JST issued General Resolution 15/24 to approve general regulatory framework.
Provisions
Approved ARG JST Regulations included as Annex A (IF-2024-74034869-APN-IGJ#MJ).
Also, Annex B (IF-2024-74035693-APN-IGJ#MJ) as an integral part of this Resolution.
Will replace General Resolution 7/2015, general resolutions resulting from Law 19.550,Law 22.315, Decree 1493/82, other legal or regulatory provision that anticipates them.
Excluding General Resolution 8/2015, other regulations re to capitalization and savings systems, having been issued under the powers conferred by Article 9 of Law 22.315.
General Resolutions and any other regulations issued with a general character that do not regulate matters contained in the approved Regulations will remain fully in force.
Regulations to be replaced will apply to procedures initiated and in progress, and will govern until their conclusion, even if occurring after new Regulations come into effect.
To address potential unforeseen situations, ARG JST may apply the doctrine, criteria, jurisprudence emerging from its general, particular resolutions and previous opinions.
Notwithstanding, directors/department heads should, whenever appropriate, submit proposals to complement, modify, clarify, or amend regulations considered necessary.
To ensure greater agility and flexibility in fulfilling procedures the authority to issue the necessary service instruction is delegated to the directors and department heads.
Effectiveness
Regulations approved by this General Resolution will come into effect on Nov. 1 2024.
