BRZ GVT published Joint Ordinance PGF/INSS 1 on implementation and payment of social security benefits related to resolution of Attorney General (AG) proceedings.
Highlights
Governs procedure for compliance with certain agreements with the federal Attorney General's Office intended to promote consensual resolution of administrative actions.
If using electronic mode, use the Platform for Immediate and Final Self-Composition of Administrative Conflicts (PACIFICA), a set out in AGU Ordinance 144 of 2024.
Social Security disputes subject to agreement with the AG will be included in specific protocols drawn up jointly by the specific AG's offices listed in Art. 2 of Ordinance 1.
Agreements entered into by the AG, through PACIFICA or otherwise, will be subject to an extrajudicial agreement, pursuant to Article 32, of Law 13.140 of Jun. 26, 2015.
