The ordinance enters into force on Mar. 1, 2025.

The ord establishes requirements for conditions/procedure for the service of adding information to a credit history regarding prohibition on entering into a consumer loan.
Specifically, for consumer loan agreements when a credit history subject, an individual, applies to a multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services.
