Housing Tax Credit
State Housing Tax Credit Program and Contribution Fund is a new Statewide program that provides funding for affordable multifamily, single-family housing developments.
$1.8mn is available for funding for housing development through the aforementioned program/fund, for new construction, acquisition, rehabilitation, demolition/removal.
Eligible for cities, tribe/tribal housing corporation, federally recognized American Indian Tribe/subdivision, private developer, public housing authority, non-profit organization.
Deadlines
Applications for the housing tax credit are due to Minnesota Housing by Sep. 19, 2024.
