Bill Provisions
Adds requirements re registration of names for domestic nonfiling association, that is not a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), to include, application, name and address.
The registration of names for a domestic nonfiling association can be renewed annually, and can be filed between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31 and extended for the next year.
A plaintiff may maintain a derivative action to enforce a right of a business corporation if special litigation committee is not appointed under section 1783, 5783, 8694, 8884.
