CLB CB reminded to comply with maintenance requirements to access operations to regulate the liquidity of economy and facilitate functioning of the Payment System.
Pursuant to Annex 1 Circular DEFI-354, quarterly requirements must be sent between Jul. 2 and Jul. 15, 2024; adjustments can be sent until 3:00 pm on Jul. 15, 2024.
Quarterly Requirements
Annex A1, Certificate of existence and legal representation of CLB SFC, this certificate must have an issue date not older than 30 calendar days and must be digitalized.
Annex A2, Certificate of incorporation and management issued by the Ministry of Commerce, must have an issuance date not older than 30 calendar days.
Must have registration of appointment with fiscal auditor and must be digitized.
Institutions regulated by special regulations that have no certificate of incorporation and management issued by the Ministry of Commerce must include possession letters.
