Eligibility
EIDLs available in primary Idaho counties of Bonner, Clearwater; neighboring Idaho counties of Boundary, Idaho, Kootenai, Latah, Lewis, Nez Perce and Shoshone.
Disaster loan assistance also available in Montana counties of Lincoln, Mineral, Missoula and Sanders; and Washington counties of Pend Oreille and Spokane.
Small nonfarm businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofits may qualify for EIDLs.
EIDLs of up to $2 million are available to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses which could have been met had the disaster not occurred.
Eligibility is based on financial impact of disaster only and not on any actual damage.
