Purpose
In preparation for MiCA and DORA, LIC FMA is providing financial intermediaries with information on the regulations including an overview, future updates, FAQ, assistance.
Jan. 2025 DORA Page Update
On Jan. 10, 2025, LIC FMA announced update of its DORA dedicated webpage.
Since DORA applicability is imminent FMA-DORA website updated to reflect key data.
For LIC, DORA-DG provides that, per not yet foreseeable legally binding incorporation of DORA into EEA Agreement, advance implementation will take place on Feb. 1, 2025.
In addition to expanding and updating FAQs, links to templates related to DORA reporting system (reporting of ICT-related incidents, information register) were added.
All templates, links to documents created by ESAs to submit this report are online.
Submission period for information register for financial intermediaries in Liechtenstein extends from Apr. 1 to Apr. 14, 2025 inclusive.
Information register for year 2025 must be created and submitted by Mar. 31, 2025.
Responsible supervisory authorities should forward information registers to ESAs by Apr. 30, 2025; for financial intermediaries in LIC, submission of both reports of serious ICT-related incidents and information register takes place via the e-Service Portal.
