  • The draft resolution was developed by RUS ECON for outdated regulations that did not fall under the regulatory guillotine and therefore have not yet been updated.
  • In particular, this concerns regulations in the field of civil aviation, healthcare, environmental management, construction as well as other industries will be reissued.
  • In 2020, 1,275 acts that were not repealed or reissued by federal executive authorities as part of the “regulatory guillotine” were included in the so-called White List.
  • As a result over 500 regulations from this list have been reissued by RUS GVT.

  • The remaining documents must be revised before Sep. 1, 2025 in line with the resolution.
