On Jun. 13, RUS ECON adopted resolution to reissue outdated laws.
RUS ECON adopted a resolution according to which federal authorities must reissue several hundred outdated regulations by Sep. 1, 2025.
Summary
The draft resolution was developed by RUS ECON for outdated regulations that did not fall under the regulatory guillotine and therefore have not yet been updated.
In particular, this concerns regulations in the field of civil aviation, healthcare, environmental management, construction as well as other industries will be reissued.
In 2020, 1,275 acts that were not repealed or reissued by federal executive authorities as part of the “regulatory guillotine” were included in the so-called White List.
As a result over 500 regulations from this list have been reissued by RUS GVT.
Effectiveness
The remaining documents must be revised before Sep. 1, 2025 in line with the resolution.
