To all social enterprises; all recognized stock exchanges; all recognized depositories.
Plus to all merchant bankers, brokers registered with IND SEBI; all social impact funds registered with IND SEBI; self regulatory organizations for social impact assessor.

Annual Disclosures and Impact Report
Under Securities and Exchange Board of India (listing obligations and disclosure requirements) regulations, 2015, not for profit organizations (NPOs) registered on social stock exchange shall be required to make annual disclosures to such exchange.
This includes NPOs whose designated securities are listed on social stock exchange.
The annual disclosures required are on matters specified per IND SEBI circular of Sep. 19, 2022 (#148330), and must be made by Oct. 31, 2024 for financial year 2023-24.
Under regulations above, social enterprises which have registered or raised funds through social stock exchange shall be required to submit annual impact report.
To be submitted to social stock exchange by Oct. 31, 2024 for financial year 2023-24.
Oct. 2024 Deadline Extended
On Oct. 7, 2024, IND SEBI extended deadline for the disclosure to Jan. 31, 2025.
