JPN MOJ provide guidance on the measure not to display the address of CEO, on a registration certificate, including a system overview, application procedure re same.
Measure
The measure devised by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice partially amending commercial registration regulations, will be taken only if an application for the measure is made at the same time as the registration application, with required documents.
Where a corporation for which the measure has been taken requests cancellation of the measure, or where the corporation is found to have not existed in the location registered for its head office, the registrar will terminate the measure ex officio.
Effectiveness
The measure will be implemented from Oct. 1, 2024.
