Summary
Through circular 1815, CHL CMF obtains information on annuities contracted in the month, along with aggregate information on the number and amount of pensions paid.
Change to collect structured and periodic information on number of pensions paid by payment method/accrual date, using online information submission system (SEIL).
Update also incorporates the date of pension payment in each insurance company.
Mainly seeks to automate the sending and receipt of the monthly pensions information.
Also seeks to generate informational databases that can be updated quickly/efficiently.

On Jun. 13, 2024, CHL CMF reported issuance of final rules on annuity policy data.
Circular 2352 establishes that the information re the payment date of the pensions corresponding for Oct., Nov., and Dec. 2024 must be entered on first 5 days of Oct.
