Sets free look period on adjuster contract at 10 days and timely rescission must be in writing; includes notice that public adjuster may not solicit or attempt to solicit clients.
Public adjuster prohibited from soliciting clients between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Public adjuster who enters into contract during or within 72 hours after loss creating claim shall provide notice to MD INS that public adjuster had entered into the contract.
Notice must be provided within one business day in form that MD INS permits.
