Defines legally protected health care as all reproductive health services, medications, and supplies related to direct provision or support of care related to pregnancy.
Defines gender affirming treatment as including hormone therapy and blockers, puberty lockers, hair alteration, voice alteration, physical alterations, genital changes.
Defines various health care professionals, including health care practitioner.
Also, health care related to contraception, assisted reproduction, and abortion.
Governor may not surrender a person on demand to any other state if alleged act for which surrender is demanded relates to providing legally protected health care.
