SBA made Economic injury disaster loans (EIDLs) available to Washington State small businesses suffering economic losses due to excessive heat Mar. 15 to Jul. 31, 2023.
Eligibility
Primary Washington Counties are Adams, Benton, Chelan, Douglas, Franklin, Grant, Kittitas, Klickitat, Okanogan, Walla Walla and Yakima; adjacent counties in WAS, ORE.
Small nonfarm businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofits organizations of any size may qualify.
EIDLs up to $2 million are available to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses which could have been met had the disaster in WAS not occurred.
Eligibility for loans is based on financial impact of disaster only not on actual damage.
Application Deadline
Deadline to submit completed application to SBA for EIDLs is Nov. 14, 2024.
