SBA New Hampshire Flood Disaster Aid


On Feb. 22, SBA reported disaster loan program for NH flooding.


  • SBA reported that Economic injury disaster loans (EIDLs) are available in New Hampshire due to flooding, excessive moisture that occurred Jun. 15 to Nov. 1, 2023.
  • Eligibility
  • EIDLs are available small businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture, and most private nonprofits with economic losses due to flooding.
  • Low-interest EIDLs are available in counties of Belknap, Carroll, Hillsborough, Merrimack, Rockingham and counties of Strafford in NH, York in ME, and Essex in MA.
  • The program is available to eligible farm-related and nonfarm-related entities that suffered financial losses as a direct result of flooding and excessive moisture disaster.
  • These working capital loans may be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable, and other bills that could have been paid by applicant had the disaster not occurred.
  • Application Deadline
  • Completed loan applications for EIDLs must be submitted to SBA by Oct. 15, 2024.
