The Commercial register fees ordinance allows charging of flat-rate fees for entries in commercial, cooperative, company and partnership registers, based on the official acts.
Annex (List of Fees) to Commercial register fees ordinance of Sep. 30, 2004 (OG I p. 2562), amended by Article 5 of Act of Feb. 22, 2023 (OG 2023 I No. 51), is amended.
The new Ordinance makes 54 changes to the previous text, with 53 made in relation to higher fees and one to the working of Preliminary remark 5, relating to fees incurred on receipt of various documents, and the costs of reviewing and storing documents.
Effectiveness
The terms of the new regulation shall all now enter into force effective Jun. 1, 2025.
