On Mar. 10, IND CDSL reminded participants to review category type.
IND CDSL reminded depository participants (DPs) to review and correct the registered entity type (RE type) category selected during enrolment on the FINnet 2.0 portal.
Follows IND CDSL Nov. 2022 advised DPs to register on FINnet 2.0, see #139022.
Correction
IND FIU observed some REs incorrectly selecting RE type category during enrolment; agreed to allow one-time correction of the RE type due to multiple requests received.
DPs must immediately review, correct their RE type in the FINnet 2.0 portal if needed.

If any correction is required, share details in prescribed format by Mar. 31, 2025.
