Changes To Fee Data Collections
To ensure credit unions can support Americans struggling with inflation, agency will no longer publish overdraft and non-sufficient fund fee income for individual credit unions.
The agency will instead collect overdraft, NSF data during supervisory examinations.
Agency will continue to publish the overdraft and the non-sufficient fund fee income data in the aggregate once updates to the agency's examination system are complete.
Effectiveness
The new policy will become effective with the Mar. 31, 2025, Call Report cycle.
