IDN CB launched Rupiah exchange activities for the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr period, as part of Semarak Rupiah Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr Blessings (SERAMBI) 2025 activity.
Outline of Activities
IDN CB prepared IDR 180.9trn in circulation currency to meet public needs during the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr periods; the public can conduct digital payment transactions via mobile and internet banking or QR code-based payments (QRIS).
Plus, IDN CB optimized the use of the Rupiah exchange and withdrawal (PINTAR) application, to increase service certainty and reduce queues at exchange locations.
Effectiveness
The Rupiah exchange activities will last until Mar. 27, 2025.
