Action
Participants interested to trade ETRF/BTRF will need to fill in, submit Application Form for Participation in Trading/Clearing of Basket Trades Functionality for the assignment of the ETRF product capacity and entitlement to the Basket Trades functionality.
The form will be sent to trading participants via their Key Account Managers.
Amendments to Eurex Legal Framework
The following provisions will be amended: Chapter II Part 2 Number 2.25.2, 2.25.3 of the Clearing Conditions; and numbers 3.1, 3.4 and 3.14 of the Price List.
As of Mar. 31, 2025, the full version of the amended Clearing Conditions and Price List will be available for download on the Eurex Clearing website via this link.
Effectiveness
Amendments to the Clearing Conditions and Price List regarding the introduction of 30 CHF-denominated Equity Total Return Futures are in effect from Mar. 31, 2025.
