On Feb. 24, IND NSD enhanced e-DPM system to ensure compliance.

  • IND NSD enhanced d-DPM system to mandatorily capture the pledge request received date for pledge registration by participants, to comply with IND SEBI requirements.
  • According to SEBI's guidelines under Description of services, depository participants have to register pledge within 15 days from date of receipt of proper documents.
  • Follows IND SEBI May 2024 modified existing charters for better protection, #214053.

  • This enhancement will take effect from Mar. 22, 2025.
