On Feb. 20, TAI EXC revised rules on IPO re grassroot staff salary.
TAI EXC made amendments to article 6 of TAI EXCCorporation procedures for review of securities listings and article 9 of TAI EXC Corporation rules governing the particulars to be recorded in prospectuses for initial securities listing applications.
Amendments
Check whether the scope of the applicant company's grassroots employees complies with the law, and the average monthly recurring salary of grassroots employees in the most recent fiscal year reach 1.3 times the monthly basic salary of that year.
If the average does not reach 1.3 times the monthly basic salary for that year, the company shall explain the reasons and specify specific improvement measures.
Effectiveness
The amendment will be effective from Mar. 31, 2025.
Feb. 21, 2025 TAI TPEX
On Feb. 21, 2025, TAI TPEX made the same amendments to TAI TPEX Corporation procedures for review of securities listings, and Rules governing information to be published in prospectuses for applications for trading of securities on the TPEx.
The amendments will be effective from Mar. 31, 2025.
