LUX CSSF informed of new eDesk procedure re self-assessment questionnaire PDAOFI.
Main Points
Reporting is applicable to all professional depositaries of assets other than financial instruments (PDAOFI) for Luxembourg-domiciled UCIs under Law of Apr. 5, 1993.
The reporting replaces the list of information on the depositary function that must be kept up-to-date and submitted annually, as detailed in Annex 1 of Cir CSSF 18/697.
Questionnaire is to be submitted annually via a dedicated eDesk procedure of an API solution based on the submission of the report via S3 protocol; available guidelines.
Effectiveness
The reference date for the data reported is Dec. 31, 2024 and the submission should be received by Mar. 31, 2025.
