Eligibility
Economic injury disaster loans (EIDLs) are available for small businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture, and most private nonprofits.
Includes primary NY counties of Genesee and Wyoming; as well as adjacent NY counties of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Erie, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, and Orleans.
Eligibility is based on the size of the applicant, type of activity and financial resources.
These working capital loans may be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable, and other business bills that could have been paid had the disaster not occurred.
The EIDL loans are not intended to replace the affected firm's lost sales or profits.
Deadline
Completed loan applications must be submitted to SBA no later than Sep. 9, 2024.
