  • Eligibility
  • Economic injury disaster loans (EIDLs) are available for small businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture, and most private nonprofits.
  • Includes primary NY counties of Genesee and Wyoming; as well as adjacent NY counties of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Erie, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, and Orleans.
  • Eligibility is based on the size of the applicant, type of activity and financial resources.
  • These working capital loans may be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable, and other business bills that could have been paid had the disaster not occurred.
  • The EIDL loans are not intended to replace the affected firm's lost sales or profits.
  • Deadline
  • Completed loan applications must be submitted to SBA no later than Sep. 9, 2024.
