  • On Jan. 17, 2024, CHL LAB published Law 21.643 on workplace harassment/violence.
  • Law 21.643 modified the labor code and other legal bodies regarding the prevention, investigation and sanction of workplace, sexual harassment or violence at work.
  • On same date, CHL GVT published Exempt Resolution 58.413 in official gazette, approving protocol for prevention and punishment of workplace harassment/violence.
  • Law modifying labor code re workplace harassment will be effective Aug. 1, 2024.
