  • Instruction applicable to approved professional associations as per I of art. L. 519-11 of the Monetary and Financial Code and I of article L. 513-3 of the Code of insurance.
  • Professional associations submit to ACPR, no later than Jul. 31 of each year, the report mentioned in II of L. 519-13 of the Monetary and Financial Code, and II of Art. L. 513-5 of Insurance Code, established according to the model defined in the appendix.
  • The annual report must be communicated to ACPR in paper format and sent by post.
  • Effectiveness
  • The instruction comes into force the day after its publication.
