On Jun. 30, GE GVT issued ordinance amending data transfers.
GE GVT has amended First federal registration data transfer ordinance, Second federal reporting data transfer ordinance, and Federal registration data digitization ordinance.
Follows GE GVT Apr. 2022 issued ordinance on data transmission rules, see #136819.
Article 1
Amendment of the First federal registration data transfer ordinance of Dec. 1, 2014.
There are a series of minor changes, including changes to words and punctuation.
Updates references to Federal ministry of the interior, building and community.
Inserts para 8 in § 4 on identification number, renumbers remaining para accordingly.
Article 2
Amendment of the Second federal reporting data transfer ordinance of Dec. 1, 2014.
Ordinance was last amended by article 1 of the ordinance of Apr. 5, 2023.
There are a series of minor changes, including changes to words and punctuation.
Updates references to Federal ministry of the interior, building and community.
Article 3
Amendment of the Federal registration data digitization ordinance of Apr. 20, 2022.
Ordinance was last amended by article 6 of the act of Jul. 21, 2022.
Inserts para 8 in § 9 on identification number, renumbers remaining para accordingly.
Amends § 9 para 1, first and third sentences to reference newly inserted para 8.
Effectiveness
Articles 1 and 3 shall enter into force on Nov. 1, 2024.
In all other respects, this regulation shall enter into force on Nov. 1, 2023.
Jul. 2024 Amendment Issued
On Jul. 19, 2024, GE GVT issued rules amending the First Federal Registration Data Transmission Ordinance and the Federal Registration Data Digitization Ordinance.
The First Federal Registration Data Transmission Ordinance of Dec. 1, 2014, last amended by art 3 paragraph 4 of Act of Mar. 22, 2024, amended as detailed in art 1.
The Federal Registration Data Digitization Ordinance of Apr. 20, 2022, last amended by art 3 paragraph 7 of the Act of Mar. 22, 2024 is amended as described in article 2.
Art 1.4 enters into force on day following publication but no earlier than Nov. 1, 2024.
Otherwise, the regulation will enter into force on May 1, 2026.
