On Mar. 31, 2025, RUS CB published updated guide 1-MR on establishing criteria for A significant deviation in the volume of trading in securities, derivative financial instruments, foreign currency and commodities.
The recommendations enter into force on May 12, 2025 and from the date of entry into force methodological recommendations 1-MR dated Jan. 17, 2025 are invalidated.
On Jan. 18, RUS CB issued trading volume deviation criteria guidance.
RUS CB published methodological recommendations 1-MR for establishing criteria for a significant deviation in the volume of trading in goods.
The regulator recommended that a trade organizer include criteria for a significant deviation in volume of trades in goods compared to the level of trade in such goods.
Criteria would be formed without taking into account the actions provided for by part 1 art N 224-FZ, in their internal documents and send them RUS CB for information.
The recommended methodological criteria principles should be followed when establishing criteria, as well as algorithms for determining criteria, are given.
